BBB (1) effectively abolished federal welfare benefits for H1B and all temp workers legally residing in the USA, (2) cut an entire system where other automakers need to pay Tesla to manufacture gas-powered (non-EV) vehicles, (3) introduced taxes on Teslas, (4) didn't specifically allocate Mars mission funding to SpaceX but to NASA instead, (5) abolished most of the credits for Musk's businesses, (6) imposes taxes on space launches, (7) allocates money for the government to build space infrastructure (again, no reference to SpaceX but might hurt them), (8) imposes excise taxes on guest workers, (9) expands tariffs worldwide, (10) taxes on legal immigrants' work authorizations even in cases where they used to be able to obtain work authorization for free, (11) large-scale petroleum extraction to reduce fuel prices, and (12) I'm sure there's more things Elon hates in this bill.
