NEVER trust chinese software. I just installed some chink software for circumventing DRM and downloading videos from streaming sites and it literally deleted ALL my fucking files in my user folder. I had to wipe my entire computer and restore everything from a backup. And this isn't something I found on some sketchy website, it's a pretty popular application (streamfab) with its own website, and it even has a paid version to unlock all of its features. And it still was just fucking malware. Chinks are the absolute worst scammers on the planet.
