on my second week of 30 miles this week. up from nothing having increased by 10% each week with the occasional pause. a friend who's a far more experienced runner swears by the idea that i should do a couple weeks of 30 and jump straight to 40 rather than doing it incrementally like i have been. the idea of it sounds awesome, but am i just gonna get injured and fuck up my progress?
