I think you misunderstood. What do you understand by mastered? Compared to who or what?
I'm very familiar with the camera and can take the best out of it given the circumstances and my experience. I have no issues at all using the camera even for paid gigs that I get to do once in a while.
But it has its limits to what it can do in canera and you just proved to me the photo is 60% and the other 40% is heavy HDR and selective masking edits. So, in other words, to get a result that satisfies you, personally, I should edit harder.
I prefer contrast, light and abscence of it and natural colors as much as possible. That's my style of editing, but I'm open to trying that fine-art category. It seems to impress more the non-photos.
