Mega garde's hair and horns are completely remodelled, even the front fringe is slightly different, the arms are completely different shapes, her chest is a completely different shape as well. I can't speak about the legs because they're not visible but even the skirt is a completely new skirt and not just shit tacked onto the existing skirt
