Hela plays up her strength to be "cosmic tier force of nature of inevitable death" but the reality is more like "just a really, really powerful Asgardian, who in turn are just really, really powerful people". Her realm of the dead is also mostly for Asgardian souls, everyone else has thier own respective afterlife that they go to. Hell, she's not even the true Goddess of Death since there's an actual Death that Thanos has been simping for for ages now who is actually a legitimate universal force for all of reality.
Knull on the other hand is a recent addition to Marvel canon, so he's a bit wonky with his power levels. It is confirmed he's a full on multiversal threat however as he's on the same level as the Celestials who strait up made the Marvel Multiverse itself
