Their last days of school aren't spent talking about what college they're going to, it's what western country they're leaving for. They've ingrained it completely into the entire upcoming generations that when you finish school you move to the West as a matter of pride and accomplishment. Not moving is now seen as shameful as you "didn't make it" and is an embarrassment to the family.
