You can pretty easily make something similar at home.
First you need some staple food as a base. In Japan they use rice but if you don't have any you can just substitute it with wheat bread.
Then put some meat on top, I find sausage works just fine.
On top of that the Japanese sometimes add wasabi sauce which is a type of horseradish related to mustard, so let's just use that.
