The order has gone out that to start pushing Bill Clinton. The plan is to doctor a list with select names included and protected names (such as Tump's) excluded. Prime for the chopping block is Clinton who everyone already knows is on the list. This will be accomplished with by using the undisputed child sex trafficker and convicted purger Maxwell using the promise of a presidential pardon.

It doesn't matter if every time Clinton's name is mentioned the left responds with "we literally couldn't give less of a shit about Clinton." The goal of this round of bot spam isn't to inform people about Clinton's history of sex crimes, but rather it's to prime the public to accept the upcoming collusion with Maxwell.
