I often liked to check out all new mmo and this was no different, also helped that I loved XI. Picked up 1.0 at launch and dropped it again fast (about a month) because the stories don't do justice just how garbage it was. Returned for ARR and has played it on and off ever since. Game definitely had its ups and downs but I still love it.
