Like one of the anons mentioned, Cygames in particular loves exporting their characters from the fist game they made (Rage of Bahamut) into other shit they have or had. Pic rel is one of their most popular characters from RoB that later got put into Granblue fantasy, Shadowverse and Dragalia Lost. They even put him in the Granblue fighting game even after a lot of people had their doubts about him getting in since he wasn't a Granblue original
