Speaking of rape, I think that in SH4's "Mother" ending, Eileen is pregnant with the reincarnation of Walter (probably, hopefully, immaculate). It explains why the ending is called "Mother" and why Eileen feels compelled to get back to South Ashfield Heights, his original place of birth. I can envision a SH4 sequel where Eileen ends up in Silent Hill after her son has committed a mass murder.
