I was at 0.35 but bringing it down to 0.15 helps. Also how much it improves the backgrounds seems to depend on the style for me. The improvement is more prominent here.
Admittedly my model is already pretty good at backgrounds so there's not probably not much that can be improved but unfortunately for my model I am an abusive parent and I'm never satisfied with it.
