Also have you in your experience met any compromised LEOs, or people who were "owned"/blackmailed/bribed, up here there's interesting ties with the HA where they were given a legal monopoly on weed, and then other minor things like cops having their bikes fixed at HA shops, and then other, other stuff like them trading favors or selling souls to keep bigger guys out of jail, ect ect.
