There are a ton of old greens for sure and hey, take it from me. It has been picking up the pace over the last week. I doubt we will reach chapter 2 speeds since that truly was an aberration but it's not like greens are dead. Wishing for old times constantly will just make us end up like Asgore, we don't wanna be that guy.
