You are proving my point, its not whether Tamo Daleko is good, but that you ONLY have Tamo Daleko to offer me. There is no quality. Take a look at a richness in patriotic and historical music for other European nations, Russians have amazing monastic choirs, French have great millitary choirs and folk songs which are widely popular like: "Marlborough se va t'en guerre", "Auprès de ma Blonde" and many more, english aswell and in many many renditions. Serbs have nothing, we didnt had renneissance of any kind. For art you have like Predić and Paja, everything else is just poorer in both quality and quantity as you go and take a look. For science, there was Tesla, Pančić, Milanović and Pupin to name a few, and later on it all went downhill, language died, school became boring to kids. A fantastic short account of schooling in south Serbia that Domanović wrote of in this article:

No one cares these days and neither does the language give you a reason to care. Everyone would rather discuss Julius Evola, Kant, Nietzche, Plato, Aristotle etc then to take a look at Dositej Obradović, Radoje Domanović, Mihajlo Pupin, Josif Pančić, Miloš Crnjanski etc. Foreign great minds are always put forth, Domanović breifly touched upon that in his last work. It is sad and mad and everything it should not be.
