I realize that every guy who didn't lock down a quality girl by senior year of college is doing the equivalent of shopping at the thrift store, but it's best to just stay away from the homeless, the ghetto, small towns etc.

There's a whole world of sketchy drug-dealers, mooching extended family, human traffickers, addicts, thieves, crazy ex boyfriends etc and you don't want to be on the radar of people like that.
