This might be the final time I’m posting on this board. I’ve never been particularly fond of the average person who frequents this corner, and only occasionally visited it myself, but I still think it deserves a final goodbye post.

While the above introduction might sound a bit recalcitrant, I’d say I’m a fairly amiable person. I’m a uni student majoring in a niche subject so my irl circle isn’t huge, which is why I like to keep correspondence with strangers online.

My interests and hobbies are rather broad:
I read a lot, Rilke being my absolute favourite, and occasionally write, albeit haphazardly.
My favourite Philosophers are Schelling, Deleuze, and Heidegger.
I also love film, though primarily stuff created in the 20th century. Murnau, Fritz Lang, and Werner Herzog are favs. Favourite movies, among others, are the original Nosferatu and Once Upon a Time in The West.
I’m greatly into hiking, mountaineering, everything outdoor and survival. Planning to ascend some of Europe’s highest peaks in the summer.
I also enjoy studying (pre-)history, ethnology, and historical linguistics.

Pleasant new contacts to engage in blissful banter with. I have found that I prefer a “letter format” of texting whereby we would send each other longer texts every few days or so rather than constantly sending quick messages, but you don’t have to be into that for us to click.
