One funny coincidence, both books feature a character who wish to go to the same art college I haven't heard of before.

Anyways, I dropped this one half-way through

>I think it's meant to be set in the real world, but it felt more like an episode of an anime romcom, like i was reading a script with cues for the voice actors instead of a book at times. the author really likes otome games I guess, so they made making one the main plot device
>MC goes through some first world privilege "torture porn" where the whole world is against her and I guess
>the LI doesn't really feel like a real teenager, they have that" sage wisdom of someone who lived 10 lifetimes" vibe to them, and while I haven't gotten to that part I can guess that she's secretly the writer or whatever
>again, I don't think there was enough setup for the timing of the confession to have felt right

Wouldn't recommend.
