Cecilia is one of the most evil Zeon characters (See the Plot to Assassinate Gihren Zabi, where it's revealed Gihren is kind of lazy and pushes a lot of the plotting to her). It was satisfying seeing her choke on the gas, despite being one of the hottest GQX characters, once you understand that context.
