Most gamers aren't coomers, pic related. Also Tekken doesn't have a lot of sexy characters.
That being said there are evidently enough people who do like this (Mai + Juri + Cammy are ~15% and Nina/Lily have always been somewhat popular) to justify 1-2-3 characters depending on the cast size. Although they should be done somewhat tastefully, otherwise you go into the rancid and repulsive zone.
