The fuck are you talking about? Go to any human tribe that's isolated from the rest of humanity and they almost always look like pic-rel. Basically emaciated, unhealthy and eating whatever shit they can scavenge or whatever bush meat they can kill. Most people's teeth are gone by 30 without modern dental care so they can't eat even if they wanted to. You can argue that there are better times to be alive than now but being a hunter-gatherer wasn't it.
