From what I can tell it seems like they check for nudity the first frame of each second or something like that. So you can get unobstructed nudity or nsfw stuff in between those checks. I aim to get nudity at the end at the last second.

So in the prompt you describe the scene then have them do something sfw first then do the nsfw action.
