I don't know who pic rel is, and I've never really bothered to look her up, but I've always kind of liked her design. Her hair looks vaguely like 90's Mary Jane Watson, she has a pleasant color palette, and her brown eyes are pretty cute. Overall nice background mare and I would definitely befriend/10.
