They are, see pic related. They both are more hit and miss than with facials. Depends on the lora and how it was trained. I kept trying with the Trish blue thong pic but they were mostly awful, only like a handful half decent ones with the 2 different loras I was using. Can't choose atm the one I wanted to try with most to see if any better results.

Works just like with any other pic, but you should crop the top half of any pic to focus on the upper half of the person for best results when they are standing.
