Semantics. "God" is whatever predicates and determines the existence, nature, and course of the universe. So then to suggest that there is no such thing as "God" is to suggest that the universe isn't predicated by anything at all, that even the most basic immutable truths like 2+2=4 are somehow arbitrary. Therefore, God exists. No god in particular, but certainly God.
