The hasbro rep i spoke to in May actually had me send the entire figure back possibly due to my figure having the lubrication issue (oil leaking from the cracked section) in addition to the cracking. Despite nothing being wrong with my UM figure. The new one i received has no issues that i can't tell, so I'm just glad i can't be done with this whole debacle.
