This one lets you make them out of organs, just not that much, so buying it with them is still way more efficient.
'Fortifications - Industrial' also has an bench that lets you make I believe 5 pieces out of 100 pieces of meat? That or combine both, rimmefeller probably also had a way, but that mod is very content heavy.
