I never got through the sewer part in the original Oblivion because the goblins were too scary for my 11 or 12-year-old self.
But yeah, while I understand why Argonians and Khajiit look the way they do in the remaster, because they didn't want deviate too far from their original appearances, they could have made them look a lot more presentable. Especially the female Khajiit, who all end up looking like crackheads.
