Henry John Heinz II, also known as Jack Heinz, was an American business executive and CEO of the H. J. Heinz Company. He was the first chairman of the Heinz Endowments. He also chaired both the U.S. arm of the International Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. delegation to the Economic Commission for Europe. He was a member of the Skull and Bones fraternity at Yale University, and later became a member of the Bilderberg Group’s steering committee.

The Heinz family rose to prominence under Henry John Heinz the first, who co-founded the H. J. Heinz Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Heinz corporation, which manufactured food products, was especially known for its ketchup. The family held ownership of the company for several generation until Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital purchased control of the company in 2013. The company then merged with Kraft Foods in 2015, forming the Kraft Heinz Company.

The Heinz family has been strongly represented among the Roundtable network. Teresa Heinz Kerry, the former wife of Henry John Heinz III, is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Christopher Heinz is a former member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
