Tweaking the speed is important for sanity. Ideally I'll be tuning this one down to 180 seconds.

A good tip here is to iterate with a rather short clip, 24-32 frames, focusing on the resulting output image quality alone and not the lora actions.

Once satisfied, then gradually increase clip length to focus on action. Nobody wants to wait 5 minutes just to see you fried the image with too many steps.
