Tbh its not actually as hard as it looks,
The way they show the inputs are deceptive and the final input can be any "up" input, so its really more like (1)>3>1>7 or 8 or 9
But the icon for this input looks fucking retarded, so a lot of people didn't realize its not that hard to do
