I don't know whether to think you're brave or delusional for confessing your feelings to a girl so far out of your league. Anyway, you failed in the past, but that does not mean failure is the outcome in the future. The first thing you have to do is to limit your calorie intake, because no one can outrun their mouth.
Cut any sugary drinks out of your diet. Soda, boba tea, energy drinks, etc. all have to go because they are the easiest way to keep yourself a fatass. Because drinks are so easy to imbibe, you have no idea of just how many calories you take in. If you need, see if you can get GLP-1 agonists prescribed, but it may be safer to avoid it if you don't need it.
In terms of becoming attractive and losing weight, you should focus on strength training instead of cardio. I'm not an expert, but I don't believe cardio helps you burn calories while you're not working out. Gaining muscle on the other hand, means your body now requires more calories just to maintain itself. So, on top of exercising using up energy, your muscles require more energy when they're just resting. That will make it easier for you to run a calorie deficit. Building muscle is the best way to make yourself more attractive if you're a fat guy. Average build is better than fat guy, but if you really want to get with a girl as beautiful as you describe, you should strive to be the best version of yourself. To give you your props, if she sees you as a friend, that means you are interesting to be around, there's hope of more with progress.
