She was actually one of the earliest "actually a thousand year old" characters. Her design wasn't particularly unique, but I like her fringe and the ornaments in her hair. I think her old woman personality is better designed than other loli babas that just sound very dignified and serious like Shinobu from Monogatari, she actually does sound like an actual old woman both in dialogue and voice. But even if I like her what I find more interesting about Ingrid is the whole story surrounding her, really. She's very emblematic of game development in the early 2000s and it's miraculous that she is still alive to this day when Capcom has mercilessly thrown so many characters and franchises away.
