The "issue" here is that Valve is forward thinking with stuff like that, and as such, when the price changed in the past month, we're not seeing a percentage discount anymore, only a "it's on sale" thing, to prevent practices like those, as well as a "lowest price in the past 30 days" mention, e.g. pic.
