Sorry sisters, can't post this one at the previous spot, so I'll do it here.
Nees are out and our light and dark orbs stash are suffering again.
Tsukuyo is our 2nd 5* AOE breaker and our 1st dark breaker. Even though she doesn't seem as good as Pluvia, she could end up being a much more efficient breaker (especially with A1 and A2). Overall, she synergises best with debuffers, which is good for some battles but in a buffer meta, Pluvia is just gonna be more preferable. She also seems like a great support for breakers. She'll shine in PvP for sure though as an S or A tier where she'll take Mito's spot as 2nd AOE breaker.
Tsukasa is another story. She's the 1st 5* light debuffer, 1st 5* dispeller and with our best attackers being light and dark, her extra 15% light/dark damage taken debuffs allow for 30% DEF down + 30% damage taken. As a reminder, these being different debuffs they scale multiplicatively, so it's more than just +60% damage taken. My one gripe with her kit is that so far the dispeller slot has been filled by Ayame who's able to charge her special pretty quickly and is SP positive. If Tsukasa doesn't have a cheap special she might not end up taking Ayame's spot as dispeller, outside of possible battles where an AOE dispel is necessary (or worse, having to dispel 2 buffs in AOE with her A2). I'm afraid her A2 is gonna be necessary to make her viable SP wise... She seems like a good support for Ren but I think Ren would be preferable for other debuffers.
Now would I pull? No, once again they're getting added to the standard pool so I'd rather be patient. They might actually be added to the pool at the end of the month if the banner is 2 weeks long.
If that's not a factor in your decision and you really don't want to be behind on Chaos or Score Attack, the banner seems like it's worth going for.
