Well you're basic sex acts are pretty much locked now, all the holes, you just prompt and it does it, no LoRAs. Third person is trivial now too. 2 girl prompts if each character as at least 100 entries can be prompted pretty easy now too.
As for non coom stuff... well I'm not the expert but I think if you go to the LoRA and artist mixing mines long enough you can get a mix that can do some cool backgrounds while keeping the characters anime.
But other concepts like different materials, non sex character interaction like fighting, still very hit and miss without manual work on photoshop and inpainting.
