Iceland did what had to be done and took care of this issue in less than 15 years. They started screening for it in pregnant women and most were terminated. Some people tried to fight against it and even Sigur Ros the biggest band in Iceland was trying to celebrate downies. They were ass blasted and told to shut the fuck up. Now its completely eradicated in Iceland.
