Craftworld Eldar have a good selection of ranged, melee, and caster roles in their armies. It's actually astonishing how terrible Yrliet is on every conceivable level, they didn't even bother to make her something cool like a Howling Banshee, an actual Ranger (she's just an Outcast), or a Warp Spider, she's just nothing. Easily the worst character Owlcat ever made.
