ririmu and peinto talked about the culprit from yesterday, in the archive room for maximum privacy, ririmu has a theory of who it is, told him to check the twitter account of 敗北者 (@assdsa), there's a picture of shiva looking dead, implying that he might not be the culprit, he said that he was being followed by a car and got shot, then died

the weird part, she says, is that even though shiva didn't know who the killer really was, he immediately point at 敗北者, it seems to ririmu that he's trying to make himself look innocent and that he's the person behind that account, he's the culprit

ririmu-chan doesn't just want to catch the culprit, she wants to kill them, peinto suggests to hire a third-party for it, as the enemy seems to have used one as well
however, the final blow will be from ririmu, she wants to finish them by herself

peinto told ririmu that he also told everything he knew to kagetsu-kun too

peinto warns her that this might turn into a corrupt act, killing for purely personal reasons isn't something that a police officer should ever do, though, peinto is furious that ririmu-chan got killed, so at the end, he agrees that she should deal the final blow

only kagetsu, peinto and ririmu know the truth, they will keep it secret, only the truly know the truth, so, ririmu, peinto and kagetsu (off-screen) made a pact to keep their dark plan secret

it's extremely important for ririmu to place the meow tape on loop at the place of the culprit's corpse for eternal torment, she doesn't want to just kill him and be done, she wants to mock them for eternity
