Why don't they make it illegal to hang from trains in India?
There's even videos of groups of people surfing on top of trains then getting clipped by an overhead bar and being mangled and tossed to their deaths.

WHY DOESN'T INDIA DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS?

It's almost like they don't care if their own people die. It's weird.
No Western country allows shenanigans like this.
