No idea what the chances are someone will buy your garbage instead of someone else's, but at least theoretically you can earn premium currency as a F2P
Unlike the character sales you get 100% of the price and again, these are items you buy with the free currency, so nothing stops you from making bot accounts that get the daily login credits, buy some cheap garbage and try selling it in the shop and then transfering whatever the bot account managed to earn to your main via fake transactions.
Not only are microtransactions overpriced, the economy is also botable. Fucking chinks
