Charge Blade anons I would like some help. In SnS mode, what determines at what level the sword charges (yellow and red)? Is it the MV, or is Charged Slash (hold down) better "just because" of some innate value? What about hitting weak zones/wounds? Just looking to optimize my non-loop situations, thanks.
