Kek, it's Thailand, you've got some serious competition
I'm the library card anon from before and gotten a few dates just by working out of university libraries, it wasn't by any effort on my part just ended up chatting to people eventually, you stand out a lot as a farang, there must be a dozen or so in a campus of 30k students.
I wouldn't be chasing after girls in uni grounds though especially as someone who's not a student, probably try the bars nearby on a Friday.
Lived right near PSU for a while and there was massive packed bars/outdoor food markets in that suburb that were basically 95% students on weekends, fairly easy to get some numbers if you aren't an autist and have basic hygiene/social skills (you post here so probably not)
