Ended up getting s. Hanako and Rio on the first 200 and sparked U.Neru

On the next 200 I got two dupes of s.hanako and a dupe of u.Neru on the hanako banner (unfortunately only 30 elephs when that happens)

I have a single spark left. It should go to neru because she's a dealer, right? Or to Rio because she's a support that dupes EXs and therefore needs more investment?
