Do you guys actually enjoy working out? Like the physical time of lifting and running, etc? Do you derive pleasure from the actual act?
Because I do not enjoy it. I do not like lifting and I do not like running. I still do both 5 times a week because I feel better in general after.
I have seen people mention that they enjoy exercise and I’m just wondering how to unlock this power? I do not like it but if it is possible to, please teach me.
