This is the perfect example of memes and parodies first starting out as poking fun at something we all enjoyed, just to be silly. But over time, others took it to mean insults, hatred, and that everyone despised the movies. Zoomies especially can't understand it. They just see "oh, there's a lot of memes about it, that means it MUST SUCK! Everyone must think it's the worst thing ever and a 0/10!". So they just repeat the memes with negativity and animosity in their hearts. They're dumb like that, and can't comprehend enjoying something while also ribbing it a little.
