It seems like it's very extensive with a ton of options for pulling tags from Danbooru or Deepbooru. It looks like the creator said he originally created it to test the checkpoints he was making on a wide variety of tags. Is the main reason to use it as an average user just to randomize the tags in a gen? Like if you don't have a particular character or idea in mind you could just get a random one?
