Do anything you can to get a Halleck's Pick(138) off the hub or Landsraad, shit's a giant quality of life jump even if rapiers don't have the normal sword's AoE parry. Even with my shitty perks, I two slowblade DD melees and four to five shot the fat fucks iirc. You can usually slowblade a heavy, dash back for the suspensor blast, and then get another before they start tard flail swinging their gun around which you also have to dodge. For skills, Shigawire and Crippling Strike are two popular PvP skills that also serve as good hard stuns in PvE that can lead to almost guaranteed slowblades unless melee enemies dodge recover very rarely or they're blocking when CS hits. The max level sentry skill also seems strong in PvE against unshielded enemies

Do whatever you can, as lame as you can, to break up and whittle down 3 or more packs of melee enemies, and then you can gank individual ranged enemies as they come around corners. If it's up for you as well since I'm not certain if all servers share Landsraad rewards, the top left house, Novebruns, is offering a Regis Burst Drillshot , great for shieldFAGs, for about seven Omni Static Compactors this week. You should also upgrade your power pack and shield if you haven't already
