If anyone's still here, there are some things to mention
First, staff on dicksword said in a Q&A that there won't be a reboot for Global, but they will keep making content once they run out of existing stuff. Basically, this is "Global 2.0", and meant to last rather than be a cashgrab. Up to you whether you want to believe them though.
This is just my thoughts but I think 2.0 shouldn't even be called 2.0, it's going to be the same game, the only reason they eos'd the cn server was to cut ties with bilibili who take insane shares of the profits and caused many good games to eos before too.
Second, there are many changes to enemy power and asters in this version compared to CN, I really don't want to type them out again so you can check it on 4*2 chan's gacha board
In short though those changes are questionable and make many teams suck in the endgame, but the endgame won't be reached by f2p or low spenders in a while so for now it doesn't matter, it's still annoying though because there's no reason for those changes, balance was already good before and the limited banner characters too got worse because of them.
Anyway, I got a gut feeling that the game won't actually last long despite their intentions. Between CR's infamy, this piss poor machine-translated story, sub 3* ratings on play and app store, and many tubers already saying don't spend because they assumed that it's meant to be a cashgrab until "2.0" comes out, I just don't know. It truly sucks because the game looks and plays great, and is really fair with its gacha. The runes are the only thing that sucks, but you only need them for your 5 Nova, so it's tolerable.
